Command and Conquer: Generals

Command and Conquer Generals is the good modern war RTS game. Released by EA Games as the producer in 2003. It will run on Microsoft Windows platform. To my knowledge, this requires specification of PC hardware are pretty lightweight system. Make sure your computer's memory is large enough to be able to play this game smoothly.
